Streets/Equipment Infrastructure ……………..……………………$2.10 (Monthly)
This fee provides the basis for our Replacement Reserve Accounts and for ongoing services.  This fee includes maintenance and repairs of our streets, streetlights, sidewalks, greenbelts, parks, landscaping, outdoor furnishings, equipment and machinery such as our mowers and tractor.

Administration/Common Grounds Operations …….…..…. $46.57 (Monthly)
This fee covers administrative costs of rent, labor, fees and supplies to operate and manage the SCA office and common grounds, including gas and labor for mowing and snow blowing.

Disposal/Recycling…………..…………………………………...………… $9.00 (Monthly)
Republic Services provides our weekly curbside trash pickup of 1 large garbage can per home on Tuesday mornings. They also pickup recycling up every other Tuesday morning. These fees provide funds for operating expenses of our water and sewage plants (unrelated to water consumption).

These fees provide funds to maintain our water and sewage plant infrastructure and is held in a Reserve Account.

This fund is designated to longer-term and larger-cost projects.

Besides the monthly base water and sewer fees, each residence pays for the amount of water they use so that those who use less, pay less. Water meter readings are read on the 15th of each month. Most households spend between $40 and $80/month.

NOTE: SCA Fees are the Responsibility of the Property Owner, not a Renter.
Renters may pay through agreement with their landlord but the owner, not the renter, is responsible to cover fees.  Exceptions to this policy are mailboxes, pledges, mulch, straw bales, and RO water which the renter pays for.  For more information, please contact the SCA Office Manager and Bookkeeper at 815-256-2200, e-mail: sca@stelle.net.

This fee is paid by those who own a lot but have yet to build upon it.
